Hi! I’m Coach Vilma, owner of CrossFit E-Fit, a CF-L3 trainer and former GRID athlete who believes fitness should make your whole life better — not just your hour at the gym. I help everyday people build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through smart programming, supportive coaching, and a truly welcoming community. When I’m not coaching or programming, you’ll find me outdoors, creating nutrition programs, or mentoring athletes who just want to look, feel, and live better.

I found CrossFit in 2012 when I was looking to lose weight and get in shape, and I instantly fell in love with the community and the challenge. After a cancer diagnosis in 2018 and a full sciatic nerve resection, my journey took me into adaptive CrossFit. The sport played a huge role in my recovery, and now I’m committed to creating that same support for others with impairments. I’ve worked with local spinal cord injury groups, led adaptive seminars for coaches and athletes, and competed on the national stage at the WheelWod Games/ Adaptive CrossFit Games. Outside the gym, I teach music and band and love helping people discover what they’re capable of — both physically and mentally.
